Support for realtime fax and realtime forms is only offered by way of annual support contracts.

In addition to services related to realtime fax and realtime forms software, Realtime Holdings Pty. Ltd. can provide consulting services for any other matters relating to open systems, including system program and porting, and TCP/IP network services.
General Terms and Conditions
  1. Free software and documentation is offered directly from the Realtime internet web site and is not provided as printed manuals or as software on media. Documentation or software shipped as printed matter or on media will incur an additional "media preparation" fee.
  2. All prices are in Australian dollars, and exclude GST.
  3. Realtime Holdings Pty. Ltd. Australian Business Number is 41 065 423 207.
  4. Training courses are conducted on the customers premises using facilities provided by the customer.
  5. All professional services and training exclude all travel and accommodation costs and any quoted daily consultants allowances.
  6. realtime fax licenses are based on the number of attached modems and the facility to receive faxes is enabled by an optional license.
Support Terms and Conditions
  1. realtime fax and realtime forms support allows for unlimited support via email and limited telephone and off-site support work to rectify operational faults with the software. It does not allow for any on-site work which would otherwise be charged at standard consultancy rates.
  2. realtime forms support allows for rectification of operational faults with the software, and limited assistance with technical advise in the development of new forms and reports. It does not allow for development of new forms or reports.
  3. The annual support fee allows for free upgrade to the current versions of the software when they become available.It does not necessarily allow for upgrading to new versions of the software. New versions of the software will be offered to existing support customers at discount prices when they become available.
  4. Telephone support is provided during normal business hours between 9:00am and 5:00pm Australian EST. Support queries may be submitted via email or fax outside of these times.
  5. Support for realtime fax and realtime forms under these terms and conditions is only provided via annual support contracts. An annual support contract commences from the first day of the month in which the support fees are paid.
